Karl Darville
Enterprise applications and business systems leadership for organisations that are building, changing, or trying to make sense of what they've got.
About me
I spent 13 years at one of the world's largest electrical wholesale businesses, progressing from Application Support through to Global Head of ERP and Supply Chain Systems.
In that time I built teams and capabilities where none existed, led a £20m distribution centre programme that grew online turnover from 7% to 20% of total revenue, delivered a £4m WMS modernisation across 400+ sites, and presented a £100m+ ERP investment case directly to the Chairman.
I'm not a systems integrator or a platform specialist. I'm someone who understands how businesses work, builds trust with the people who run them, and makes complex technology change actually happen.
What I do
I work with technology leaders and their businesses on the things that sit at the intersection of people, process, and systems.
That includes helping organisations assess and improve their enterprise applications landscape, building or strengthening in-house business systems capability, providing interim leadership through periods of change or transition, and advising on ERP and supply chain programme strategy.
If the problem is interesting and the organisation is serious about solving it, I'm interested in the conversation.
